PT Anggada Duta Wisesa (ADW) developed the iProc 2Go application as a supporting application for the procurement system provided by PT Anggada Duta Wisesa (ADW) based on legally approved agreements. To ensure your personal data remains protected whenever you access or use iProc 2Go features, we regulate it through this privacy policy.

Obtaining or Collecting Personal Data

When you access or use the iProc 2Go application and the procurement system described above, you directly or indirectly provide personal data to us. We collect your personal data in the following ways:

  1. When you or your coworkers whom you have authorized provide personal data such as name, ID number, email, phone number, and other agreed information to be registered in the procurement system so an account can be created to access the iProc 2Go application and procurement system.
  2. Transaction data that has been entered into the iProc 2Go application or procurement system.
  3. Files such as photos, documents, or other materials that you upload through iProc 2Go application features or the procurement system.
  4. QR scan results that you perform through the domain scan feature in the iProc 2Go application.
  5. Logs of time, IP address, and device for each activity you perform in the iProc 2Go application.
  6. You declare and guarantee that the personal data you enter into the iProc 2Go application or procurement system is your own personal data, is true, accurate, and reflects the actual circumstances, and you take full responsibility for such personal data. You also confirm that you have full authority and or personal rights to submit personal data to us, including releasing us from any civil or criminal claims arising from misleading information related to the personal data you enter into the platform and or features.
  7. We reserve the right from time to time to request authentication, verification, and or updates of your personal data so that your data and information remain accurate, complete, and current, including temporarily or permanently suspending access or not allowing you to optimally access certain features if you have not authenticated or updated your personal data.
  8. By continuing to access the platform, use the features, and or our other services, you expressly and clearly consent to us obtaining and collecting your personal data as described above.

Use of Personal Data

The personal data that we collect and obtain will be used solely for your interests and ours in accordance with this policy and the laws applicable in Indonesia.

We may use this personal data for, among other things:

  1. Processing personal data for your needs in accessing and using the features of the iProc 2Go application or procurement system.
  2. Presenting transaction data information to users within the same procurement system in accordance with agreed data access policies.
